[OhQP-mail] revised W8O/m route (K8NZ,W8CAR)

Still working out final details but have added 2 counties-Morrow and Marion 
to the list and dropped Cuyahoga although it is still possible if we have 
time. I will try to post a schedule if anyone is interested but we will 
basically start in Seneca then work our way S then West then North then East 
whilst zigzagging to hit counties. The mobile is ready and hopefully the wx 
and prop. gods will cooperate.
