[OhQP-mail] Can someone with IE11 help?

Can someone who has IE11 please post keystroke by keystroke instructions here for those who can’t find it?

The last version of IE I used was IE8 and it did it like this...
In IE8 it was File|Print Setup and then in the dialog box was a checkbox to print background images.
In IE8 it could also be done File|Print Preview and then hit the gear icon and again dialog box had a checkbox to print background images.
