[OhQP-mail] Multi-operator logging options N3FJP new networking software

One thing for everyone to keep in mind is that most of the time, when
networking N1MM (or any other app) together in an RF environment (where
else would you network it?), problems with N1MM installations locking up
are more than likely due to RF getting into the cabling and causing
signalling issues across serial/USB cables, which then ends up locking up
the various N1MM installed on the RFI-prone machines. Obviously, the more
wires that one has strewn around the shack/contest station, the more care
that needs given to keeping RF out of everything.

I'm not saying N1MM is without bugs, but it's a stellar application. IMO
it's the best contesting logger around and has been for some time. Any
issues I have ever had with N1MM have been directly related to RF floating
around in my shack and getting into various computer equipment. Being the
lazy guy I am, sometimes I just live with it while other times I attempt to
do something about it. I re-orient cabling. I use various ferrite
snap-ons, etc. I rarely ever attempt to get the RF out of the shack in
the first place :)
