I note that the Indiana QSO party had a special bonus for working the 
Fort Wayne ARC station - W9TE, since it was celebrating its 90th 
anniversary during 2010.

Perhaps it would be appropriate to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the 
Queen City Emergency Net, in Cincinnati, and offer a bonus for working 
W8VND, since it was formed in 1941?  Perhaps there are other Ohio Clubs 
which are celebrating a significant anniversary?  They too could be 
included as bonus stations?  INQP gave 50 bonus points for working two 
"bonus" stations - not a big amount, but might add "spice" to the contest.

We have about a year to mull this one over, but since it takes a while 
for the grinds to gear, I figured it was timely to discuss at this point.
