[OhQP-mail] How do i change input

I've located a different (and better?) place from which to operate from 
HENRy county, during the OQP 2010.  I don't see a way to change the data 
for N8Q.

Help, please.

p.s. when I'm operating phone you might hear a trail whistle or two 
because I'll be very near where and east/west rail crosses a north/south 
rail.
