[OhQP-mail] Portable operation designation

I'll 2nd what Dave sez.

A "portable" station suffers from poorer than average antennae, 
sometimes vagaries of weather (we got rained on two or three times when 
we were out in the field in BROWn county, plus it does take a lot of 
work to set up and operate in a rare county.

And, for me, it took considerable negotiations to find a suitable park 
in which to operate in HENRy county this year.  Small villages, with 
volunteer or part time governing boards makes contacting, explaining 
what amateur radio is all about, etc., a considerable effort. 
Considerably more than it took to find a spot in NEWAygo County which 
was easy driving distance from home for the Michigan QSO party.
