[OhQP-mail] K8V QSLs

For those wanting a QSL from K8V (Vinton County), it's now is set up on eQSL and QRZ. 
I haven't uploaded the file yet.<div><span style="font-size: 16px;">
</span><div>LOTW may not be possible but I'm workin' on it.

I'm trying to get this info out to the Hamisphere so I don't get inundated with paper QSLs. I don't have admin rights to K8V on QRZ but I'm workin' on that too.
