[OhQP-mail] OhQP Results Options

Given the high number of entries in OhQP, I've added more ways to view the results.
These are found as sub-menus of the 2020 Results Menu Item.
There are now menu options to select:

*	Ohio Scores by County
*	Outside Ohio now split by call area (0-9), VE, DX.
*	Plaque Winners
*	Ohio Club Scores
*	Outside Ohio Club Scores

Of course the overall pages still exist based on Ohio and Outside Ohio.


Each page has a printer icon on it to allow printing the page.


If you really want to find a particular call, all browsers support a Find in page option.
On Windows it is normally in the Edit Menu and then Find.
