[OhQP-mail] Ohio QSO Party Date

The Contest Corral in the August QST lists the wrong date for the 2021 Ohio QSO Party. It is indeed Saturday, August 28, not August 21 as listed in QST.
Thanks to Paul, N8HHG for catching that mixup!

We hope to hear lots of you on the air for the event on the 28th!
