[OhQP-mail] Any one in Trumball or Ashtabula countyies for OHQP????

I will be operating Rover to Holmes and one or two other SE counties, Monroe, Guernsey and maybe others. I will make it a point to go to back up to Trumbull and Ashtabula counties if no base or other portable operators sign up.
