[OhQP-mail] OHQP plans 24 counties to go!

Glad to see so many on the ball at posting plans. I put K8O up (K8NZ and
W8CAR) today with only one "oops" that I know of so redid it.

We need more activity to counteract all the other stuff going on on the
bands that day. Encourage all you know to get active,even if it only for a
few hours or minutes.

Hrs hoping we have clear wx, no T-storms, good band condx and short skip on
20!  (Hope springs eternal!)
