[OhQP-mail] Good news, Bad news

Good news... OhQP allows everyone to use assistance such as
RBN/Packet-Cluster.  Which should make it easier to follow the mobiles
(or rovers) and otherwise find OhQP activity. 

Bad news... RBN does not spot stations that sign /county.  Since
mobiles/rovers typically send call/county they won't get spotted.  I
just tried it again to make sure and no RBN spots when I add /county. 

Sooo... if you're a mobile be sure to mix in some CQ's with just your
call so that RBN spots you.
