The W1AW/8 operations are not covered by this rule. You can operate W1AW/8
as well as any other call(s) allowed under this rule.

In reading the rules for the Ohio QSO party, I find, under miscellaneous
rules:

3. Any station used to contact one or more stations may not be
subsequently used under any other callsign during the contest period
from that county/state/province/dx entity, with the exception of family
stations where more than one callsign is assigned. Under these
circumstances, no individual shall make a QSO utilizing more than one
callsign.

I volunteered to run W1AW/8 from DELAware county, but would like to make
a few Q's using N8Q (QRP) from DELAware county using the same rig and
location. I didn't think to ask this question before - but, would
running W1AW/8 and N8Q be considered an exception to this rule?

I figure I better ask, because I remember some rather difficult
negotiations in the past when some rag-tag non-contest group from SW
Ohio won several plaques but only after extended discussion and
deliberation which rested on some "unwritten rules" which were
supposedly in place, but not written nor referenced anywhere in then
existing rules.

Looking forward to seeing many of y'all from DELAware county as W1AW/8
and (hopefully fully qualified) N8Q.

QRP >99.44% of the time
except when running as or chasing W1AW/portables
