[OhQP-mail] K9TM/M has submitted OhQP Plans

[K9TM]

Not even the speed limit.  Last year we did almost the same route and had time to spare.  This year we could go faster since Ohio raised the speed limit on much of our route but we won't be taking advantage of that.

Route planning is the key.
