Keith,

I recommend doing what you can to get the Henry County EOC on the air.
We're aiming to get as many EOC's activated as we can.  The Alpha Delta
80/40 is great antenna.  I know several radio operators who use it for QSO
Party, Ohio State Parks on the Air, and Field Day.
