[OhQP-mail] OhQP Planned Operations

I've turned on the ability to enter OhQP plans for this year's event.  It functions the same as last year and also like what I did for MiQP this year.  When you enter your plans, an email is automatically sent to the OhQP reflector.  While it's not the intention of the automated interface, if a mobile wants to assign times to each county... one could edit the email from the reflector to add the times and resend the email to the reflector(this will save some time in typing).

Like last year, enter your plans from the main OhQP (www.ohqp.org) page using the "Enter Plans" link on the left side of the page.

To see the plans, from the main OhQP (www.ohqp.org) page use the "2011 Plans" link on the left side of the page.

As a reminder, if you want to completely delete your previous entry and not have a new entry... enter your call and "NONE" for county.

If your plans change, no worries... just go back and enter your call and select the county (or counties) you plan to activate and submit.  Any previous submission for the call entered is deleted.

Mobiles and rovers feel free to enter /m or /r but it is not necessary.  Please don't enter "/anythingElse"... just the callsign you intend to use during the contest.  Also remember if you enter "call/m" and your plans change that you have to enter "call/m" with your new plans.

Let's fill 'em all in with lotsa calls!  Don't think that just because there is already someone listed in a given county that you shouldn't post your plan.  Also, this isn't just for mobiles... it's for all Ohio operations!
