One most wanted list is at: http://www.cquest.com/cgi-bin/flynn/mostwant.pl
to make it easier, here it is (though the list changes all the time). The
number is the # of hams who responded they needed the county.

*OH* : Ashtabula (4), Brown (4), Carroll (5), Champaign (4), Clermont (4),
Clinton (9), Columbiana (4), Coshocton (7), Crawford (3), Darke (5),
Fairfield (3), Gallia (5), Greene (4), Harrison (3), Henry (3), Highland
(6), Holmes (5), Huron (5), Knox (4), Lawrence (5), Logan (7), Mahoning (3),
Marion (4), Meigs (5), Miami (4), Monroe (13), Morgan (4), Morrow (3), Noble
(5), Ottawa (4), Pike (3), Shelby (4), Warren (3), Washington (3).
But don't let the above list fool you, as it doesn't necessarily represent
the rarity in the OhQP (but there are parallels). Go to the yearly
write-ups to see which are the rare counties. The yearly results always
give a list of the QSOs generated that year (based on people who send in
logs). For example, Darke, Green, Coshocton, Warren, and many others were
quite active last year.
