[OhQP-mail] [MRRC] Fw: Ohio House Bill 158 Needs Your Help Now!

Don,

>From what I understand, the presumptive 75 ft. limit was requested by
members of the Ohio Legislature to help ensure the bill passes. As I
indicate, this is a presumptive limit and allows local government to grant
greater heights.

>From my personal standpoint, this is an excellent bill. If passed, I know
of at least one local jurisdiction in which it will enable local amateurs to
erect antenna structures where they currently are not allowed to do this
without the need to pursue costly and timely legal action that may not
result in success for the "good guys." I commend the Ohio Section
management for pursuing this legislation.

The bill may not be perfect; however, it certainly approaches perfection,

73,

Jim

Just read the entire bill at:

http://e-lobbyist.com/gaits/text/295044

The limit is set at 75 feet?

Wonder who came up with that limit?

Glad I live where the only limit is specified by FAA/FCC considering air
traffic.
