[OhQP-mail] Scoring multiplier question

Good evening. I am taking an active look at my log submission and have a
question about multipliers.

DX stations are not considered a multiplier, correct? I have a couple logged
and I was unsure if I add a +1 to my multiplier count.

FWIW, my logging software did add a +1, and I am double checking it while
making sure my dupes are logged correctly.
