[OhQP-mail] NS8O QSL's 100%

Hi all,
         Forgot to mention that I QSL 100 %.  NO need to send cash, 
envelopes, stamps or what ever, I'm old school and feel its an honor to 
QSL. I know that Meigs county Ohio is fairly rare and many will want it. 
Besides you get to see my ugly mug on it!  :')

         I got a few already and they are going in the mail today.
