[OhQP-mail] planned operation

HI Greg,

I was on 10m for a bit in the NAQP SSB while I was setting up for the OhQP.
There was a fair amount of activity IF you called CQ.  The key for you is
constantly call CQ (hopefully you have a voice keyer).

Granted conditions will be different next weekend, but it seems like there
has been a fair amount of Es reported on 10m over the last week.

Today there were pipelines into the North East, then down to FL, and TX for
the times I was on.  A number of OH stations called in too.
