[OhQP-mail] New OhQP Plaque Sponsors

The 40 Over Nine Club had decided to no longer sponsor the Ohio CW Plaque for the OhQP.  I'd like to thank them for their sponsorship and support over the years.


Taking over the CW Plaque sponsorship will be Chuck Patellis, W8PT, who has been sponsoring the Out of State QRP Plaque for the past several years. Taking over sponsorship of that plaque will, appropriately, be the Flying Pigs QRP Club. Thanks to Dan, N8IE, for stepping up on behalf of the Flying Pigs.
