[OhQP-mail] AE8M/M schedule

For each county in which I intend to operate, the UTC estimated starting
times are as follows:  HARD 16:00, LOGA 17:15, AUGL 18:41, SHEL 20:08, MIAM
21:21, MONT 23:29, WARR 01:07, BUTL 02:18.  During the afternoon I will be
on 40M and 20M, CW and SSB.  In the evening I will switch to 40M CW and SSB,
80M CW and 75M SSB.
