[OhQP-mail] RTTY and 40 Meter CW

I've found that it's usually very clear around 7004.3 KHz.

Note;  PLEASE,everyone,spot K8MR and other mobiles on the DX Clusters so 
we have a "reasonable"way to keep track ofthe whereabouts of the wanderers.
