[OhQP-mail] K8TII has submitted OhQP Plans

I'll be operating from the Henry County EOC for the QSO Party under the club 
call. Not sure what antenna I'll be using as the HF antenna we have swetup 
is not really good for within the state. it is a Gap Titan-DX which is great 
for DX. I'll most likely set up a endfed longwire or a multi band dipole. 
may even do both.
