[OhQP-mail] AC8GE has submitted OhQP Plans

[Robert AC8GE]

This year we are going to operate from a higher elevation in another part
of the county. We are also going to run up to two radio's this time,
depending on the other teammates availability due to work commitments.

I hope we can make some noise this year.
