[OhQP-mail] OQP 2011

OQP or QQP and since I'm sure its not Ohio and not sure which it is please let a novice know that the letters stand for. I'm guessing Ontario QSO party but since it says QQP party also then is it Quebec QSO party? The VE3 I think is a giveaway?
