  Or an interloper from Michigan can invade Ohio and operate a special 
event station from McClure, HENRy County, OH, and claim it for the Queen 
City Emergency Net (a club to which the interloper still pays dues.)

Or an interloper from Indiana can invade Ohio and Operate from a park in 
MERCer County. :)

The Ohio folks are quite friendly to foreigners and ex-patriots who have 
abandoned the State. :)
