[OhQP-mail] WX Forecast for OHQP weekend looks great

At least for Ohio stations, the weather looks like it is going to be beautiful all the way up to and including the weekend, except for maybe a few showers Wednesday.    Cooler this week -- perfect for pre-OHQP antennawork, of which I'm not inclined to take advantage of.    Perfect WX for those who will be setting up in parks and such.
